Refund, Shipping & Delivery Policies

Coffeeheads Trading LLC ship orders differently dependent on the delivery address. Please note deliveries may take longer to ship to various destinations; however shipments to countries within the GCC can be shipped within 7 business days.

Shipment will take place within 24 hours of placing the order. The estimated delivery date will be confirmed on purchase and detailed in your confirmation email. Please note that customer is unable to select a carrier for shipment as we work collaboratively with our established courier partners.

Please allow time up until the specified date before contacting us about delivery status. Once your specified date has been reached, please do not hesitate to contact us with any inquiries to info@coffeeheads.com or call us on +971 50 984 1763.

Please also note that our office is closed on Fridays and Saturdays and we do not do deliveries on these days. Orders placed on Thursday will be delivered Sunday at earliest. Although we would like to accommodate all our clients’ emergency requests, this is not always possible.

We suggest getting your orders in as early in the week as possible. Orders placed after 3pm will only be processed on the next working day and shipped on the next delivery day.

Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will only be processed on Sunday and sent on the following delivery day.

Our delivery schedule for UAE is as follows:

Dubai – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, And Thursday

Sharjah – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, And Thursday

Ajman – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, And Thursday

Abu Dhabi – Sunday and Tuesday

Al Ain – Monday and Wednesday

RAK/Fujairah/UAQ – Thursday

Please ensure to order 2 working days before your delivery day. Although we have a great turnaround time for orders and often deliver a day after ordering, our policy is 2 to 3 working days for delivery.

COFFEE

· There are no returns or refunds on coffee that has been delivered.

· A customer can cancel their order up to 24 hours before delivery by emailing info@coffeeheads.com.

NON-COFFEE

Return

· You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date of invoice.

· To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

· Your item must be in the original packaging.

· Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

· Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

· We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

· If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

· You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

· If the item was delivered to the customer, you can request a pick up for a fee of AED50, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

INTERNATIONAL

All international sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or exceptions will be permitted.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We like you to feel happy and comfortable purchasing from Coffeeheads Trading LLC. Hence, if you would like to cancel an order you have made, this is only possible to cancel by emailing info@coffeeheads.com 24 hours before delivery. Once your shipment is on the way to you we, unfortunately, will not be able to cancel it.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge and ability and are in no way warranted as complete. Coffeeheads Trading LLC is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase.

If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided, and additional charges will apply.
